About Chuck’s presentation:
SharePoint, SQL and Kerberos – What Now?
Wouldn’t it be great if every system that we stood up could be self-contained? Everything – including the domain controller – running on one server makes life quite easy. But then someone wakes you up and you realize that outside of a demo environment this architecture is as far from reality as possible. To get all of your systems working together you not only need to know SharePoint and SQL Server, you need to understand Active Directory, SPNs and Delegation. During our time together, we will:
§ Start with a system where everything is configured but nothing is happy from an authentication standpoint
§ Diagnose the different issues that we are having
§ Correct the problems so that our system – and our end users – are happy
